I married Jim Tullis when I was 17 years old. I knew so little about life. I learned quickly what a wonderful family I married into. Alice became my mother-in-law and lifetime friend. I thank her so much for teaching me how to be a good wife, mother, and friend. Alice was the most giving person I have ever known. She had a huge servant heart, and always was happy to see you and to serve you in any way she could. Her quiet, never complaining spirit was always a pleasure to be around. I never heard her speak in anger. I thank God the family allowed me to be part of their lives after their son died--39 years ago. Alice was full of greats: great wife, great mother, great grandmother, great greatmother, great mother-in-law, great friend. Thanks for making my life so happy, Alice. I will forever miss you. To Carol, Kelly, Bo, and families, I have you in my thoughts and prayers. Alice will always live in our hearts, won't she?
